The team that completes the city's own lane table

Masters is the one Walnut Creek team that publishes its practice times, and putting them beside the city's published lane counts is what makes both make sense. The city says how many lanes are public; the team says when it is training. Together they account for the pool exactly.

Every weekday band adds to twenty. That agreement is evidence — two organizations, two websites, no coordination, one pool that adds up.

The lane count on these entries is ours, not the team's Masters publishes times but never lanes. We entered twelve — the balance of the twenty-lane short course after the city's published public allocation. It closes perfectly in every weekday band, which is good evidence but not confirmation. The Saturday 9:30–10:45 practice has no published allocation to bound it at all, so that one is a straight guess.
